How do I become a warrior and not a worrier?

​

When you worry, you drop your energy to a lower frequency, which gets passed on to others around you and more importantly, your loved ones whom you worry about. Love and inner strength, on the other hand, raise your vibrations and makes you and the people around you warriors.  


We all function on vibrations so which one will you choose?
