When we reach a dead-end we are compelled to make a decision. Decisions are often difficult to make because they come with responsibility. That is the reason why we have a tendency to push making decisions till we reach a point where we almost don't have a choice.
'Ignorance is bliss' works well sometimes as too much knowledge activates our fears and apprehension. That is one of the reasons why we are becoming commitment-phobic. Increasingly people are living externally and want solutions and checklist prepared before any decisions. Where is the room for spontaneity? We want to be prepared for everything in our life because we are moving away from our intuition and exploratory side of life. But if we open ourselves to the possibilities, crossroads become great junctions of growth and experiences. They are out of the box learning by opening us to new experiences and making us more alive. Next time you hit a crossroad, try to look at it as a great opportunity for growth.
