We all need our “Me time” to reflect and align ourselves. It is great practice for assimilating scattered thoughts and ideas. We can choose to discard what is clutter versus what is beneficial and organize ourselves. However, when we shut ourselves feeling overwhelmed and fearful, we can be compared to an ostrich that hides its head in the sand, so it is not visible. This isolation is not organizing, decluttering or moving forward. We feel frustrated, unhappy and stuck, and we become disempowered.
The way to empowering ourselves is to choose to be an observer, witness, and be vigilant.
