A smile a day keeps the doctor away

A smile is like a stream that flows from the lips to the eyes of the beholder, to all others looking at it. It has this amazing snowball effect by channeling all the streams (witnesses to that smile) into one big river of joy. One smile can create a wave of happiness that has the ability to wash away the stresses almost instantly without costing a single penny.

Smile takes away the pressure and connects us to our heart. From here we connect to others with compassion and empathy. We appreciate others and that mirrors us back.

It is said, it takes 43 muscles to frown and 17 to smile. Why make the extra effort and create a poorer outcome of river of frowns?

Smile increases by sharing and comes back to us many times more than what we gave. What a great investment? Can anything else give such a win win result?

Smile costs us nothing, requires minimum efforts and makes our day.

A smile connects us to beauty, appreciation, love, joy and happiness.

No wonder ‘A smile a day keeps the doctor away.’
